Cantabria requests the Justice's approval to implement the Covid passport

This Friday, the Government of Cantabria registered the request to the Superior Court of Justice of Cantabria (TSJC) to obtain endorsement to implement the Covid passport in the autonomous community. If achieved, it will be required to access restaurant and hospitality spaces, nightlife, cultural events (cinema, theater, auditoriums, tent circus and similar spaces) and mass events, as well as to attend sporting events by the public.


Public Health technicians have articulated the measure for areas Phone Number List  in which they perceive a greater risk of transmission of the virus, as they are spaces in which citizens remove their masks because they can eat and drink, they have explained from the Ministry of Health. .

If Justice authorizes the Covid passport, in these areas the permitted capacity will be increased to 100% in risk levels 1 and 2, up to 75% in level 3 and up to 50% in level 4. In addition, establishments and Spaces will have to have a CO2 meter if they are at level 2, 3 and 4, as a measure to stop the spread of the virus.

Once the petition has been presented, the TSJC must rule and, if it accepts the Health approach, the health measures, which will be published in the Official Gazette of Cantabria, will come into force once the evaluation of the municipalities has been carried out.



DOWNLOAD VACCINATION CERTIFICATE
The Ministry of Health reminds the population that they can download the Covid passport at https://ccdcantabria.scsalud.es/, identifying themselves with their ID or health card number, date of birth and mobile phone number registered in the Cantabrian Health Service to receive a confirmation pin.

The certificate, at the request of each person, will be issued in PDF format with a QR code with encrypted data, which can be printed on paper or used digitally, configured to download on any mobile device.
